It is now easier than ever to schedule time to meet with a loan officer, new accounts representative, or notary at the Credit Union! With the launch of our refreshed website in late February, also came the ability to now Schedule an Appointment online for assistance with a loan, new account opening, or even a notary at any branch location. It’s quick and easy!

On a desktop or tablet, you’ll see the “Schedule an Appointment” link at the top right of your screen. On a mobile device, just select menu in the top right-hand corner and select “Schedule an Appointment” in the drop-down menu.

Once you click on the link, you’ll be asked to select the branch you want to schedule your appointment at. Once selected, you’ll need to pick a date, staff member (or just leave it on “Anyone”), choose from the listed available appointment times, and then follow the prompts to enter the necessary information and select “Book”. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need prior to coming to the appointment. That’s it!

While we have many services that can be completed online, we know that sometimes it is just easier to meet in person. This new option allows you to set an appointment any time, anywhere. We always look forward to seeing you!
