With HFS Mobile Banking, you can access your finances any time, from anywhere. Mobile banking is convenient, easy to use, and gives you the ability to manage your money right from your phone.

With the HFS App, managing your account is just a few taps away. Now you can conveniently check account balances, deposit checks, pay bills, and more, from practically anywhere!1

Mobile Deposit

Have a check to deposit, but don’t have time to make the trip to a branch? Use HFS Mobile Deposit from the HFS App to quickly deposit your check into your account, no matter where you are.

Don’t forget to endorse the back of your check with “For HFS Mobile Deposit” followed by the account number you are depositing to.

Example: For HFS Mobile Deposit Account Number 12345

Automated Phone Banking

Transfer funds, get up-to-the-minute account balances, obtain account information and more, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from your phone. A secure PIN that you create ensures your transactions are safe.

To access the Automated Phone Banking System, call (808) 930-1489 or toll-free (877) 930-1489.

Text Banking

Text banking is the perfect solution for a quick snapshot of your account. You can easily see what has been deposited and what recent withdrawals were made.2

Enable this feature through online banking or the HFS App.

  • Go to Settings and click on Text Enrollment
  • Switch to the On button and enter your mobile phone number
  • Agree to the terms and click Save
  • In your Account Preferences, enable the accounts you’d like to authorize for text banking

Simply send a text message with one of the following commands to (226563) once you are ready to get started.

  • BAL – provides balances for all accounts that are enabled for Text Banking
  • BAL account nickname – provides the balance for the specified account. Example: BAL acct1
  • HIST account nickname – provides account history for the specified account. Example: HIST acct1
  • XFER account nickname1 account nickname2 amount – transfer the specified amount from account 1 to account 2. Example: XFER acct1 acct2 100.00
  • LIST – sends a list of text banking commands
  • HELP – sends a list of contact points for the credit union
  • STOP – stops all further text message communications

  • The HFS App offers the same security and encryption as our online banking service ensuring that your information is safe and secure.

  • The easiest way to differentiate between your various accounts is by adding nicknames to each.

    You can add account nicknames by:

    1. Logging into online banking or the HFS App
    2. On the homepage, find the account tile you’d like to update
    3. Click the 3 dots to the right and select “Nickname Account”
  • The HFS App, Automated Phone Banking and Text Banking is available to HFS members.

    There may be certain restrictions or authorizations for certain types of accounts. You may contact the Credit Union for assistance with Business Accounts, Trust Accounts, Representative Payee Accounts and more.

  • Mobile banking is designed to work with virtually all of today’s smartphones and most major mobile phone service providers.

    You can use this service if:

    • Your phone allows text messaging to and from shortcodes; or
    • You have an iPhone or Android mobile device or tablet
  • Yes. Check images that have cleared can be found on your account history.

  • There’s no fee for using the HFS App, Automated Phone Banking, or Text Banking; however standard message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for details.

  • Online banking and the app has a feature allowing you to unlock yourself. Simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

  • Simply click the button below that corresponds to the type of mobile device you are using.
