Have some peace of mind knowing that HFS monitors your card for potential fraudulent activity. Should we detect something suspicious, you may get a phone call or text message to verify your transaction from (800) 272-9446, our automated HFS FCU Fraud Detection Center. They will also supply you with a case number.

If you miss our call, simply dial this number back, but be sure to have your case number handy.

You may contact the Credit Union to provide you with a decline reason. Common reasons include improper card number, expiration date or security code. Be sure to check these, especially with online purchases.
