We know that not everything in life takes place during business hours. There are times when you have a question or need assistance outside of our normal hours of operation. To meet this need, we are pleased to announce that our call center hours have expanded! You will now be able to reach someone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year!

The phone number is still the same, you may call (808) 930-1400 or (800) 216-2666 toll free for assistance at any time. However, please be advised that there will be a new call menu, so listen carefully for the option that best fits your needs.

Take advantage of this new feature to conduct credit union business at your convenience!

Both of your phone numbers are not working. I tried calling from my cell and landline. I need help logging into my account. I forgot my password and I am locked out of my account.



Hi Victoria,
We are currently experiencing a very high call volume at this time and you may receive a message because of this when calling in. Please be patient with us as we continue to process our calls.


I called both numbers multiple times and could not get through. When I finally reached them they were not able to help me. The new “updated” debit card was mailed according to the records, but I did not receive it. I was told by the bank to call one of the two numbers to get mailed a new one, so I did and the people I spoke to could not help at all.
