Giving Back This Holiday Season
HFS got into the holiday spirit of giving this year, and so did our members and staff.
The Credit Union served as collection drop offs for Toys for Tots at all branch locations from November – December. Together we were able to collect several bins of toys, kids stationary items and even two bicycles for Hawai‘i’s keiki! Mahalo for everyone’s generosity.
In addition, staff volunteered their time to assist Hospice of Hilo with their annual Light up a Life table at the Prince Kuhio Mall. The project offers the community a way to remember and honor friends and loved ones who have passed away by hanging a commemorative ornament on the Tree of Remembrance. Mahalo all for your support!
