Setting Up Online Banking With HFS

Time is money, and with HFS FCU’s online banking options, you can save both!

Instantly manage your money and perform many of the same transactions that you would in a branch with just a few clicks. With Online and Mobile Banking, you can access your checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, and more no matter where you are.

Setting Up eStatements

eStatements are an electronic means for receiving your regular account statements. They are faster and safer than traditional mailed statements, and of course, they are free of charge.

With eStatements you can view your statements four to six days faster than mailed statements and reduce your risk of stolen mail or identity theft.

To enroll simply follow these steps:


Enroll and login to Online Banking 1


Click on Services


Click on Statements


Under profile, select the account and change the delivery type to “Electronic”


Click Submit All


Review and agree to the E-Statement Agreement

Using Quickbooks, Quicken, and Mint

With our upgrade in 2020, some members have experienced difficulties connecting their Online Banking account with QuickBooks, Quicken or Mint. To reconnect, please select your Intuit product from the list below:

Ready to set up alerts? This is a great tool to keep a watchful eye on your accounts without having to log in all the time. Choose to get an email, text, phone call, or secure message for activity on your accounts when checks are cleared, transactions are posted, and even when your account balance drops below a certain amount.

Making transfers are easy in Online Banking. You can even set up one-time transfers or recurring transfers. Take a look!




Not sure if an online transaction or mobile deposit went through? Take a look at your Online Activity for a record of your transactions within Online Banking.

Have a question about a transaction, your debit or credit card, or account? Use Secure Messaging within Online Banking to safely discuss these with the Credit union.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A valid email address must first be provided to HFS prior to enrolling in Online Banking. Please visit any branch or contact the Credit Union at (808) 930-1400. Once this is completed, follow the prompts on the enrollment page.

  • Online banking now has a feature allowing you to unlock yourself. Simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

  • Simply follow the steps below:

    Enroll and login to Online Banking*

    1. Click on Services
    2. Click on Statements
    3. Under Profile, select the account and change the delivery type to “Electronic”. (Be sure to verify that you can view a PDF on your device too.)
    4. Click Submit All
    5. Review and agree to the E-Statement Agreement

    A valid email address must be provided to HFS before enrolling in Online Banking.

  • Follow the quick instructions below:

    1. Login to Online Banking
    2. Click on Services
    3. Select the Statements
    4. Find the statement date you’re looking for and click on the PDF icon
    5. Save or print your statement
  • At HFS, we offer mobile and online banking to our members as a way to quickly and safely access their accounts.

    Through Online Banking, you can view your debit card and credit card transactions, transfer money between accounts, and set up alerts. This banking option allows you to have access to your funds no matter where you are.
