Annual Business Meeting
If you are interested in learning more about the financial state of HFS Federal Credit Union, members are welcome to attend our Annual Business Meeting. Join our Board of Directors, President/CEO, and Managers as they review the Credit Union’s 2021 Statement of Financial Condition, Income and Expenses, and reports from our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
Due to safety precautions and current gathering restrictions, HFS will be holding this year’s Annual Business Meeting virtually via Zoom. The meeting date and time is Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 5:30 pm HST.
How to Register
- Visit your nearest branch or give us a call at (808) 930-1400 or (800) 216-2666 toll-free. Let the staff member know that you would like to attend the Business Meeting.
- Members will receive an email with a link to register. Please be sure that you have access to the email address associated with your HFS account.
- Once submitted, your registration will be reviewed for approval. Upon approval, you will be emailed your unique meeting credentials. Please do not share this information with anyone.
How to Join
To attend the Business Meeting, utilize the unique meeting credentials that were emailed to you. You may join the meeting from a desktop computer, phone, or tablet.
At the time of the meeting, please click the link in your confirmation email and use your credentials to enter the Zoom meeting. To access Zoom from a mobile device, you will be prompted to download the Zoom mobile application from Google Play or the Apple App Store. There is no cost to download or use this application. For more information on how to access Zoom from your specific device or browser, please visit the Zoom website for assistance.
Zoom registration is required to attend. Attendees must be a current HFS member.
