I mean, who doesn’t like pie right? Especially when you have so many different kinds to choose from. In case you needed an excuse to enjoy a slice, today is National Pie Day! If you feel like making your own pie, we’re here to share a recipe for a delicious Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie, sure to be a hit for all those that try it. Here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 2 blocks of butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
Filling:
- 3 8oz. blocks of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 8 oz container of cool whip
- 1 (2?) can blueberry pie filling
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the ingredients for your pie crust (butter, sugar, flour).
- Put the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan and pat down. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cream together your cream cheese and sugar for the filling.
- Fold your cool whip into the cream cheese and sugar mixture.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and refrigerate.
- Once cooled, add blueberry pie filling over the top.
- Enjoy!
