Celebrate National Credit Union Month with HFS this April!

Youth Month 2019 logo

Our young members have limitless potential, and financial education can be instrumental in helping them achieve it. This April, celebrate National Credit Union Youth Month with HFS through the theme: “The Future is Yours… Picture it! Save for it! Share it!”

Together with CUNA, we’re encouraging our young members to express themselves through pictures, sharing their visions for their own financial futures, so we can help them get there. By staying true to the Credit Union philosophy in an engaging new way, we can set our young members on the path to financial education, understanding and security.

If I want to get an account set up for my 6 year old son, what documents/information do I need to bring in with me?

Hi Channtal! That’s a great question. To open a Kids Club account you’ll need $6.00 ($1 one-time membership fee and $5 minimum balance), both of your SSNs (number is fine), your government approved photo ID and proof of your physical address (like a utility bill, rental agreement, etc.). If you have any other questions, feel free to give us a call at (808) 930-1400. Thanks!
