1. Send a copy please
2. How does these changes affect my current bill paying situation
Aloha Rose,
We just emailed you over the documents showing the account updates. As far as Bill Pay goes, we will be moving to a new Bill Pay system once the new Online Banking system takes over in a couple of weeks. Here are some things to note regarding the switch:
– If you receive eBills, these will not transfer over to the new system. We suggest un-enrolling in your current eBills and re-enrolling once the new system is live.
– Payment history will also not transfer over. If you need to save any payment history, please download these by August 12th.
– Your current payees and payments that you currently have set up in Bill Pay will transfer to the new system.
– Due to the switch to the new system, Bill Pay will be unavailable from August 13th – 20th to ensure all existing data is transferred to the new system.
More information on the new Online Banking can be found on our New Online Banking blog (https://hfsfcu.org/news/new-online-banking/). If you have any questions related specifically to your Bill Pay account, please give us a call at (808) 930-1400 or toll free at (800) 216-2666. Mahalo!
