Membership with the Credit union is open to all who live, work, worship, attend school, volunteer or participate in associations headquartered on Hawaii Island. A non-refundable $1.00 fee is required to establish membership with the Credit Union. A minimum opening balance of $50.00 is required to open a Savings Account.

I called to set up a share certificate and the service representative told me that I have to visit a branch to make this transaction.
I was told earlier that I could do this by phone.
