The following features are now available via HFS Online Banking:

Check Images

View a check that has cleared your account.

NOTE: Check images will only be available for 30 days after the check was cleared.

Multiple Accounts

Members with multiple accounts can now view individual accounts without having to log-off and sign back on again for each separate account. Members will need to access the Multiple Accounts option under the PREFERENCES option and enable the accounts for multiple access. Member must enter a valid account number and password before multiple access is granted.

Account Nicknames

Members may now assign a nickname to their account suffixes via the PREFERENCES option in HFS Online Banking.

Bill Payer

HFS Online Banking - Bill Payer service gives you the ability to pay your bills via HFS Online Banking and it's available to all members with a checking account. HFS Federal Credit Union members who enroll in HFS Bill Payer can initiate and track payments to any payee listed in the payee database. If your payee is not listed, you may request to have it added, by adding a new payee. Bill Payer saves you time and money by eliminating your need to write checks or pay postage. Currently, there is no fees for the use of the HFS Online Banking Bill Payer, but additional fees may be incurred for late payment, insufficient funds, stop payment, check copies on your account. Money, QuickBooks and Quicken

HFS Federal Credit Union has partnered with Microsoft® and Intuit® to offer the ability to perform transactions within Money, Quicken or QuickBooks via Direct Connect. Direct connect allows you to download your HFS transaction information by using your Money or Quicken software. To use Direct Connect for Money, Quicken or QuickBooks:

Your account must be setup for access through HFS Online Banking

Currently, the supported financial software versions are:

• Microsoft Money 2008, 2007 or 2006.
• Intuit Quicken 2008, 2007 or 2006 for Windows
• Intuit Quicken 2007, 2006 or 2005 for Macintosh
• Intuit QuickBooks 2008, 2007 or 2006 for Windows
