Telephone Transfer

Just pickup the phone and call our call center and a member service representative will do the transfers over the telephone for you.

NOTE: You must provide your telephone pass-code to have your transactions done over the telephone. If you have forgotten your telephone pass-code or if you need to set-up one, please stop by any of our offices with a valid ID and our member service representative will assist you with setting up your telephone pass-code.

The call center is available Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, except on Holidays.
